Derin Vacca made our home buying experience amazing - highly recommend. Derin was there every step of the way to guide us through some really daunting times. As first-time home owners there was more to the whole experience than I could have ever prepared for. Derin could not have been more helpful when guiding us through all of the contracts, paperwork, loan agreements, home inspections, negotiations, etc. Derin is truly looking out for your best interest and is amazingly responsive, patient and knowledgeable. Even after we closed on the house Derin provided us with a binder full of paid invoices, contracts, suggestions, and helpful resources for homeowners. He makes a very stressful time actually enjoyable!!
