We worked with Derin of the Abshire team to purchase our dream home in May of 2020. As first-time house buyers, we had a lot of questions, and Derin was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He showed us over 20 houses and was just as dedicated to finding the right one as we were. It's also worth noting that this was during a global pandemic, and Derin made every effort to make our experience safe and efficient. Derin made himself available around the clock. He helped us reach closing conditions that we were comfortable with, negotiating and reworking several times. Overall, we could not be more pleased with our partnership with the Abshire team and would highly recommend Derin to anyone looking for a successful, pleasant, and safe home-buying experience!
