Susan, has helped 3 members of our family buy a home. She is so knowledgeable, and patient! You feel so protected when Susan is representing you and she will not let you make a mistake! She thinks about all the things a great realtor should be thinking of, that maybe (us) the emotional buyer doesn't think about (is the property priced right, is it a good buy, will it resell later) and a host of other things. We worked with Lisabeth Tunell about 2 years ago in the Wake Forest and Youngsville area. We were Very Pleased working with Lisabeth. She is very professional and she listened to our needs and showed us the style of homes that we requested. Once we found our home she pointed out things that needed to be corrected that we missed. She is very thorough in all aspects of real estate. We were referred to Lisabeth from my Nephew, who used her services for selling his home and finding a larger home.
