As a first time home buyer, my fiance and I had no idea what to expect. We needed someone to take us under their wing and guide us through a stressful promise. Susan was exactly the person for us. From the very beginning, she listened to what we wanted and was extremely patient with us (even though our minds changed often). She provided excellent recommendations throughout the process and we truly valued her opinions. Her warm and compassionate demeanor yet stern and assertive negotiating "powers" make her the perfect realtor for ANYONE looking to buy/sell a home. If I could leave a 10-Star review I would!
