Denise helped me sell my home and purchase a townhome. Throughout the entire process she was professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. With my complete lack of real estate knowledge, she answered (honestly and candidly) every dumb question I had. Despite two offers that fell through on the sale of my home, she remained supportive while explaining potential points of concern, so I quickly came to trust her.
Her follow-up skills are impeccable, I was amazed by how she was always able to respond to my emails and phone calls in a very timely manner and the accuracy of her response and the knowledge she has, which really makes the whole home selling/buying process smooth.
Denise truly went above and beyond for me, I couldn't imagine not having her along to help me through the process?...I?'d give her 6 stars if I can!
