We consider ourselves to be very fortunate to have been paired with Denise as our agent. Denise responded to a call to show us a house that we randomly had driven by one January afternoon. Her calm and professional demeanor as well as her knowledge of the market and process of buying/selling homes convinced us that she was a great fit for our search for a new home. She listened to our objectives and concerns and helped tailor our search to meet our needs. When we found the house we loved, she fostered communication with a skittish seller and always kept us well-informed about the status of our negotiations. We had not bought or sold a home in 15 years, so we were unfamiliar with new regulations and requirements, but Denise made navigating the process easy for us. It is obvious that Denise truly cares about her clients. She did many little extra things, like helping us corral our four cats into a safe area while our carpets were being cleaned, and making special trips to drop off/pick up time-sensitive documents. Whenever we had a question, Denise responded swiftly and reassuringly. We felt confident in Denise's guidance and advice were accurate and in our best interest. We would enthusiastically recommend Denise to anyone we know who is interested in buying or selling a home.
