I am so glad I picked Denise as my agent. After walking through my home and making notes, she made suggestions on what should be done to sell the home in a timely manner.

At first I disagreed with Denise on the timeline of when to put my home on the market but based on her experience I decided to trust her and go with her timeline. I am thankful that I did. After completing her suggestions and getting the house ready for showings the house had multiple offers after 10 days of being on the market.

Denise was always on top of things, very knowledgeable of the area and provided great marketing from in home packets to home description online.

The inside of my home was nice but it did not sit on the best lot and backed to a busy road and I truly believe that Denise was a major reason for getting contracts on my home in 10 days.

Denise is patient, knowledgeable and very efficient. We always looked forward to meeting with her to search for our next home. She was always prepared, answered our endless questions, and pointed out the items that did or didn't meet our criteria, which helped us focus on what was really important to us and our next home.

She always made us feel like we could be honest and say if we didn't want to see a house, or if we wanted to see a house that didn't match our original criteria. This helped us find out exactly what our needs were, and gave us options and helped narrow our search. We also never felt pressured to make a decision, and as a result we found our dream home!

We started talking to Denise when we were still living in Massachusetts and she worked with us from the time we first contacted her on a cold, snowy day in MA, throughout the process of searching for and viewing houses remotely, and in person. Even from MA we were able to continue our search, with Denise taking photos, viewing houses for us, and even Skyping to walk through a house together.

She also helped us look into building a house and set up meetings to approach and discuss the options with a builder we liked. Denise is an excellent negotiator and took the stress out of house hunting.

I HIGHLY recommend Denise as a consummate realtor professional, with honest and reliable work ethics!
