Tara, I just completed your quality service survey and I feel they did not leave enough room to describe the level of excellent service you provide to your clients. To say you go above and beyond the expectations of your clients is as much an understatement as saying the sun is warm. I have bought several other houses before in other states and I have never experienced such a worry free and stress free process as the one you provided. Although I know you were helping other families buy and sell their homes, I felt like your only client. You handled everything in stride, on time and very effectively. I know that I was a demanding consumer, but your patience and consultations regarding my purchase made me feel confident that I chose the best realtor who was genuinely concerned with my search. I cannot thank you enough for helping me analyze a market I was not familiar with and counseling me on finding the right property that fit my needs. I appreciate everything you did to help me close a lucrative deal on a worthwhile property in Cary. From the initial offer, to the many negotiations and the final closing, I never felt like I had to put my life on pause for even a second to get the home I wanted at the price I wanted. You truly are a professional and you have taken my expectations of a realtor to a new level. Not only will I call on you again for every future purchase I make, I will refer you with great honor to anyone I find that is in need of a great realtor. In fact, I already have. As you know, I am looking to invest in real estate in this area and I will utilize your assistance in all of my transactions. I am also in the business of sales and I know how much of a difference there is between a one-time order-filled customer by a sales clerk and the working relationship between a client and a consultant. Since I respect your high level of integrity as a consultant I will always be one of your loyal clients.
