Denise just sold our home in Wake Forest and this was second time we worked with her. She actually sold us the house when we move to NC three years ago. I can't say enough good things about her. She was so patient when we were buying and was diligent to explore all marketing options when we were selling. When we were buying three years ago, Denise made us feel at ease almost immediately when we met her and within a short time, we felt like a dear friend was helping us buy our home. When it came time to sell, we did not even consider another realtor. If we ever get to move back to NC, you can be sure that the first call we make will be to her.

Denise is the best realtor in the Triangle, I am certain of it! She sold our house in 7 days (during back to school weekend and Labor Day weekend) for more than the asking price and helped us purchase our new house. She is a fantastic negotiator, gives gentle reminders of tasks that need to be completed, and is an all around amazing person. I could not be more pleased with the service we received from Denise. From the first moments of meeting her we knew we were in good hands and with someone easy to get along with. I totally trusted Denise's opinions. She knew the area well and how far to the store as well as if an area was one we would want to live in. I would even call her if I had concerns over issues on selling my house in another area and she was always there and honest - holding my hand through both sides as it were. And she was always quick to respond and if she did not know an answer you knew she would have it for you soon. Since we were buying contingent on our house sale going through she really fought for us getting the contract. Houses in Raleigh are selling so quickly we were lucky to be at the one we purchased on that first day (along with many others) and have Denise telling us to move NOW if we wanted it and working hard to make it happen.
I highly recommend Denise to anyone looking for an honest and professional agent that will work with you and fight for you. We loved her!
