I have been a Realtor for 25+ years with Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, starting The Abshire Team in 2010. I am proud to say that each year, we have continually succeeded to achieve top honors within the Real Estate Market. Through our work, we have maintained very strong relationships with clients, builders, and developers. I feel very blessed to have such talented agents on my team and think of them as family. In fact, my son and husband have joined our team, making 7 agents that serve all of the geographic areas of the Research Triangle Park region of North Carolina.  We specialize in new construction, town home sales, investment properties, military moves, single family homes, relocating families, short sales, first time home buyers, foreclosures, down-sizing families and what we call "College Kid Homes". With a market that covers Duke University, NC State and UNC, we have parents purchasing homes for their kids while they are attending college.

When it comes to community, the team and I aren’t shy about getting involved. We have developed our own way to give back to the Raleigh, Durham and surrounding areas, through Helping House Happy Families.  We give a portion of each transaction to help a family at a local school with what they need to better their current situations. From groceries, clothing, or rent assistance, the team and I were able to get as many as six families on a better path, last year and hope to help more each year.  It is heartbreaking to hear some of the stories, yet so heartwarming when we are able to help house happy families.
